How is a price request or order processed?

There are various ways that you can submit a price request or an order.

You can use the website to request a quote for items with no price shown. You can also request a quote from us if your shopping basket has items with a total value over €500. A large majority of our gas springs and some of our other items can be ordered directly. This is the quickest and easiest way for both you and us, since we can immediately see all your details. When you order from the online shop you pay at the same time (unless you decide to pay by bank transfer).

We aim to respond within 48 hours on working days.

You will receive an automatically generated email for price requests or orders submitted through the online shop, showing an overview of your order or request.

When you send a price request, we will generally send you an email within 2–4 working days with your custom quote.

If you submit an order through the online shop and opt to pay by bank transfer, you will receive an order confirmation providing the details you need to pay for your order. If the item is in stock, you will receive an email once payment is complete with the tracking number for your parcel.
